Lime Sweet Potato Fries (Whole30, Vegan, Gluten-Free)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cut the sweet potato in wedges or strips. Toss them on a sheet pan with the olive oil and seasonings.
- Spread the fries out evenly on the sheet pan. Bake on 350F for 20 then drizzle 2 more tablespoons olive oil over the fries. Cook for another 50 minutes then turn the fries and remove the whole garlic and limes slices to prevent them from burning. Put the fries back in the oven and cook for another 20 minutes.
