Coconut Flour Cupcakes (Dairy & Gluten-Free)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well until thoroughly mixed.
- Use a spoon to scoop batter into muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
For these vanilla paleo cupcakes, I always just use coconut butter as a frosting. It tastes like frosting and is super healthy!
