Kalapplenana Smoothie (Vegan, Dairy & Gluten-Free)
- Break your kale up into smaller pieces and place in a microwave safe dish with some water. Microwave on high until the leaves are a little wilty– steaming the kale helps release the nutrients, you know.
- Put everything in the blender. I like to put the chia seeds in the bottom and the milk in last…but you can do it in any order you want…alphabetically, by ripeness, or from favorite to least favorite ingredient.)
