Raw Peachy Cherry Crumble (Vegan, Dairy & Gluten-Free)
- Combine your pitted cherries and peaches in a bowl with the orange juice. Stir and allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
- In a food processor, pulse the dates until chopped, add cinnamon, vanilla, almond flour, chia seeds and salt and continue to pulse until well combined.
- Transfer the date mixture to a mixing bowl and mix in the sliced almonds with your hands.
- Pour the fruit into a pie dish and crumble the topping on top.
