Sweet Kale Smoothie Bowl (Vegan, Dairy & Gluten-Free)
- Add the sweet kale blend, flax seeds, chia seeds and coconut water to a blender and blend until no more chunks appear.
- Add kiwi, pineapple and peaches. Blend until smooth. Add more coconut water if needed for easier blending. To thicken smoothie, add more frozen fruit.
- Pour smoothie into two bowls. Top with your favorite fruit and nuts! I used sliced kiwi, chia seeds, fresh blackberries, young coconut chunks, sliced almonds and fresh raspberries.
